At Bergson Construction we have years of experience constructing

be arranged with our dedicated site manager and senior manager overseeing

What We Provide
- We will undertake on your behalf and provide a full design
service including drawings for your planning permission applications
and Building Regulations (where applicable). This will enable
your project to run smoothly from conception through to completion.
Building Notices can be used in certain construction works and
may be required, for certain types of the following:
- Domestic internal alterations
- Removal of load bearing walls
- Small domestic extensions
- Alterations to domestic drainage
- Fitting a new load bearing bay window
- Replacement windows
So whatever you use your garage conversion for i.e. a bedroom,
study, playroom, kitchen, dining room or just an extra room, you
can be sure Bergson Construction will ensure a professional and
complete project to your satisfaction.
- We also engage known and trusted architects and structural engineers
on your behalf, liaising with our specialist contractors such
as air conditioning engineers, electrical engineers etc.
- Full project management with guaranteed start dates and realistic
completion dates. A commitment to a clean and tidy workplace is
paramount to our company ensuring a polite and respectful service.
- Our dedicated site manager and senior manager will arrange
regular site visits to ensure the smooth running of your project.
- Working on site 6 days per week (where applicable) in order
to complete your project with the minimum amount of inconvenience
and in the shortest possible time.
