At Bergson Construction we have years of experience constructing
Loft Conversions including all types of extensions, new builds,
building works including basement and garage conversions; We offer
regular site visits arranged with our dedicated site manager and
senior manager overseeing your project.
What We Provide
- We will undertake on your behalf our full design service including
drawings for your planning permission applications and Building
Regulations (where applicable). This will enable your project
to run smoothly from conception through to completion.
Building Notices may be required, and are used in certain construction
works for the following construction works:
- Domestic internal alterations
- Removal of load bearing walls
- Small domestic extensions
- Alterations to domestic drainage
- Fitting a new load bearing bay window
- Replacement windows
So whatever you decide to use your loft conversion for i.e. a bedroom,
playroom, kitchen, bathroom, dining room or just an extra room,
Bergson Construction will ensure a professional and complete project
to your satisfaction.
- We engage known and trusted architects and engineers on your
behalf, liaising with our specialist contractors such as heating
engineers, electrical engineers, plumbers etc.
- Full project management with guaranteed start dates and realistic
completion dates. A commitment to a clean and tidy workplace is
paramount to our company ensuring a polite and respectful service.
- Our dedicated site manager and senior manager will arrange
regular site visits to ensure the smooth running of your project.
- Working on site 6 days per week (where applicable) in order
to complete your project with the minimum amount of inconvenience
and in the shortest time possible.
